It's green as can be, here in the Great White North
I tucked my vette away a few weeks ago. It snowed then and now it's been warm and dry since. I could still be cruizin
From: St. Peters MO Sometimes you have to prove yourself by doing alot of killing or alot of dying...
They are calling for snow here in the good old land of St. Louis Misery... uh... I mean Missouri. I love snow, but I hate everyone that is out in it. When it snows here it seems that 97% of the peoples brains freeze and they forget to use common F@!^!ng sense. I should have a wonderful 2½ hour 20 mile drive tonight.
Rainy snow here in Dallas this morning. Yesterday it was 70.
Yeah... Yesterday was great for going out for a drive. I even took the long way home from work. Today... Blah... I had enough of this stuff when I lived in North Dakota.
We have 8-10" now, expecting more tonight. What fun....where's that horse drawn sled when you need it.
Talked to my son in Evansville about 12:00PM today he was driving and every other word was something about stupid this or that driver going to fast, another one going into the ditch. Where are the f------Plows.
What's up Evansville...I'm just a native Texan visiting my in-laws for the holidays in southern Indiana...Just south of Bloomington. I'm not used to driving in this white stuff. Good thing I left the vette at home nice and warm in the garage. We drove my Xterra up here...Any tips on driving thru this mess would be helpfull. I'M STARTING TO GET CABIN FEVER! And it's only been one day.

I was sideways all the way to work (in Evansville) in the 6" and sideways all 15 miles home (Warrick Co.)in the 10".The Vette got hung-up at the end of the driveway at home. Looks like it will be a couple day till it gets to the garage.
We have had 2 to 4 inches here in Denver depending on what part of the city you are in. Tonight everyone is bringing in the brass monkees because we are going down to the single digits! It's supposed to be cold tomorrow, warming up Friday and 50 and clear on Christmas - typical Colorado weather! I plan to take a cruise on Christmas day after the presents have been unwrapped.
We are from Pekin, Illinois, and the storm totally missed us. No white Christmas for us! Just too cold for snow. 11 degrees out right now with a wind chill of -2. Doesn't matter though, our vette has been put away since the beginning of Nov. Not taking any chances!
