i've seen these kits posted here before and still can't see why someone would do such a thing to a car like the c4.just go buy a c5 if that's what you want.

I`ll bet its easier to change the tail light bulbs with that kit, than it is on my stock`87

I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a C4 leave it alone. Go buy a C5 if you need one!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I'm done now

Geez, by the time you buy it, install it and get it painted $$$ I'd bet you could sell you're C4 and buy a good used C5 for the same money.

Why bother? If I would have wanted C5 I would have bought a C5.


If someone wanted their C4 to look like a C5, just trade it in on a C5. Talk about taking the value out of a C4, that would do it.

Especially with prices the way they are now...

I guess we should realize that trying to make your Corvette look newer is a constant for some folks. I've heard many stories of people cutting out the split window on 1963s to make them look like 64s through 67s, you see lots of mid-70s C3s with early 80s bumpers, and some folks in the C5 forum have talked about folks who are trying to make their C5 look like a C6.
