Pump is in the washer tank. It's time consuming to get it out, but not difficult and straighforward. Can you hear the pump run when you activate the washers? Could just be a plugged intake, my tank was FULL of slimy gunk when I pulled it. Should be around $15 at your local part store. About 2 hrs to R&R.
