The diagram on the website looks like it makes perfect sense. I'd hit it!!

I have had two of them on my 90 for about 3 months now. They sound great. I have a little resonance problem from about 1400 to 2000 RPM, some days it seems worse than others, definatly not as much though when every thing is cold.
Above 2000 RPM they have a really beautiful sound, kind of a purr that borders on growling. (I'm not a poet)
Mine are stainless steel, about 16 inches long, single 2.5 inch inlet with dual 2.25 inch outlets. I put Borla satinless steel mufflertips on them so the exhaust was out back and not down under(helped the resonance a little also).
I also installed a Borla 2.5 inch SS rear Y pipe.
Noticable seat of the pants improvement. It will also bust the Kumho's loose when power shifting into second now, it has never done that before.

I installed a pair on my friend's Mustang. I got Flowmaster 40 series for my vette.

Honestly, if you don't mind being louder with some resonance, I'd go with the Flowmasters. Then again, I have LT's and a single cat.

But the 'stangs have a different firing order, and displace alot less. However, they didn't seem (to me) as deep as the 40 series. They didn't give that shaking, big block sound that gurgled with masculinity.

Don't get me wrong, they sounded decient, but they were a higher pitch and seemed more muffled than the Flows. It's all personal opinion though.

I might add, the larger the muffler, the quiter they are, so I bought the larger ones. I think that they are just about right, my wife thinks they are too loud. They are a little quiter than the Flowmasters on my sons 350 Nova, his car sounds good also.
My neighbor hears me leave for work every morning at 5:30, fortunately he is a decent guy and likes the sound of the Vette :-).
But, this is all subjective, ya like what ya like, it is more of a personal thing.
