Quick release Targa????

I think we can all agree that GM really screwed up on the targa release design, or put 0% thinking into it. Why didnt they do the top release like the verts? They had half the parts already fabbed!
Maybe i'll sit down and come up with something. I always take my top off when its anywhere over 60 degrees outside, so I feel your pain. Id switch back to owning a vert in a heartbeat. I totally love the space that the coupe gives ya, but the top just sucks. I totally get rockndaves idea...I got a couple ideas. I just dont have access to a machine shop like i used to.
