I have one that I'm about to remove from my 1980 Corvette. Here is a picture.
About the only thing you would need to buy is a custom wiring harness and air filter. Adding an electric fuel pump is also is required. Just buy the sender from a 1982 Corvette as I have done and add a Walbro fuel pump to it. My setup is not stock as it has the large tube runners, ported base (to a 1204 gasket) and hogged out plenum. The throttle body is freshly upgraded to a 52mm size with roller bearings. All O-rings are new on the fuel rail too. This is a "speed density" system. The weatherproof ECM is included.

I think the issue is that I have vortec heads and I believe I need a different version of the intake. Looks nice though.....
