Default Injector testing quick and dirty?

I have a 95 LT-1. I thought there was some way to quickly spot check the injectors by reading the resistance. Is that true and, if so, how is it done. With the fuel rail still on the engine, I can remove the electrical clips to each injector exposing the 2 electrical tabs on the injector. Do you use a voltmeter to check resistance? Anyone with an answer please include enough detail so even a dolt like me can understand what to do.

Thanks.

Indeed if you depress the clip on either side of the injector connector you can remove that connector.

Then use a DMM to measure resistance and record the value; repeat for each injector.

If any readings vary much from the expected 15-16
Ohms that injector is bad.

So basically I can use any voltmeter/ohmeter tester? Is there any way this can cause damage?
