Pridictable problem
Over the past 4 months or so, I have replaced one of the O2 Sensors (B2 S2 Low Voltage) 3 times on the advice of a Snap-On Scan Tool. I also have an Auto Tap Scan Tool telling me the same thing. Each time the O2 Sensor was replaced, the problem disappeared for about a month. Is it at all possible that 3 O2 sensors could go bad that quick? I haven't replaced this last one for fear that I am wasting my money on O2 Sensors. Now to the predictable part: I travel about 18 miles on the way to work and at about 14 miles, give or take, the engine starts to idle rough while waiting at traffic lights. Upon acceleration, it is not noticeable but this happens every day on the way to and from. Most times, the rough idle disappears before I get to work or home. I have checked the wiring and everythig seems to be OK. This car is a daily driver by the way. Thanks for any reply.
