Does anyone know what company(s) actually supplied GM with thier wiring harnesses? I have a few broken connectors that I've been looking for, and they aren't the typical ones found in ecklers, NAPA, and the other catalogs... I of course have all the part numbers from my service manual, but they all seem to be discontinued from GM... Any help is apprieciated....
Delphi is the manufacturer. You might have some luck by contacting aftermarket companies like Racetronix which use OEM style connectors who might be able to either sell you the connectors you need outright since they have the contact to get them or put you in contact with a distributor that can help you out. BTW, Delphi does have their catalog online, so you might have some luck putting the p/n into their search engine and turing something up.

I just ran across a company called Terminal Supply Company out of Troy, Michigan and they carry a full line of Packard Weathertight connector housings and terminals. Pricing is way better than any other that I had found. I'm trying to fix a bad connection on my 2K Grand Prix and no one else had any of what I needed including dealers. Dealer had one connecter and they wanted the same as I paid for all 5 that I bought. Check out the web site www.terminalsupplyco.com.
Summit racing has a few kits. The are commonly called Weatherpack connectors. I bought my supplies and tools at a local CARQUEST parts store. I bought most of the real special connectors from Ecklers who has a pretty complete list. I have practicallly rebuilt my entire wiring harness, and it looks like new.
