The hitch uses a flat-bar tongue and should be available from Reese. (part # 89107). The "small parts kit" is part #89429. You might try to contact Reese at 1-800-758-0869 or a Reese hitch dealer to see if you can get this kit and the install instructions.

One thing you will need is a 8" inch long 1/2" drill bit for the long bolts.

Nuts and bolts:
2 - 7 12"x1/2" bolts Grade 5 with flatwashers, lockwashers, and nuts
2 - 3/8"x1 1/2" carrige bolts with 3/8" flat washers, lockwashers, and nuts
2 tube spacers 3/4" long and 1/2"ID with a 3/16" wall thickness.

All the bolts use a flat plate shim against the frame. The carrige bolts use a 1/8" thick 1" x3" plate with a rectangular-shaped hole. The large bolts use a 1 1/2" x 3" plate that is 1/4" thick with a 1/2" hole in the center.

I bought a C4 hitch from Eckler's as Reese no longer sells the hitch. I think that Eckler's bought up the remaining supply.

If Reese doesn't have the small parts kit or the instructions, PM me with yur mailing address and I will make a copy of the install instructions and send them to you. The instructions have a good diagram of the parts and where they go.

Emailed you a copy of the Reese instructions.

Let me know if you find someone or a dealer who will sell the small parts package. There is no dealer near me, the Reese search is useless, and their tech support sent me an email telling me to find a dealer to get the parts from.
