Supercharged and LT4, Advice please.

He hasnt dynoed it yet, but is wanting as much advice as possible to ensure longevity as well as HP/TQ etc. The exhaust is basically no resonator, and Corsa mufflers, stock manifolds, stock cats all 4 O2 sensors, Fidanza clutch, stock injectors.
The shop that installed it would do ATI proud, it was that goo. Very nice. But they wanted to put 30# injectors in, and at 6000rpm, the motor was cutting out. Put the 28#'s back in and it ran fine. The computer has the factory program.
ANy advice is better than no adivce at all.
My recommendations were, Dyno it with Wide Band to see Air Fuel Ratio, Use High octane unleaded(at time of Dyno) for insurance of no detonation as intercooler will have no air flow.
Of cource, I recommended Long Tubes and 4.10 gears for maximum fun with the supercharger set up.

It sounds to me that with the 30's installed and with the Pro-charger FMU the engine was way too rich. Too much fuel and you the engine will choke, too lean and it will have a misfire as well but other bad things happens as well, like melting pistons
Did you happen to notice any large amounts of black smoke coming out of the tail pipes when this happened? If you did then that is a tell tail sign of excessive fuel. You can use the 30's if provided you have a means of tuning the PCM for the injectors, that should take care of any issues.
Do you know how much fuel pressure you were running? You should be in the neighborhood of about 70 pounds... It could be the injectors locking up with too much fuel pressure.
There should be no issues, with the higher comperssion ratio you just need to watch your spark knock and timing...
