-Have the exhaust fitting done by someone else. A true PITA and still not quite right.
-GM engineers were not concerned about the user being able to get at nuts and bolts. They will have a lot of explaning to do when they get to the Pearly Gates (so will I, after all the cussing I did)
-Have a hacksaw and lots of blades available for the aforemention brackets.
-The '95 has a third rogue O2 sensor aft of the Cats. I have simply connected and tied it off, no codes so far...
-Make sure that your spark plug socket is the type that has a hex top. #4 and I think #5 must be tighted with a wrench on the socket. A rachet will not fit.
-It is impossible (or seemingly so) to get a socket on a few of the header bolts. Not enough clearance. Bring a wrench and a lot of patience.
Thanks for the inspiration, folks. Feel that I know have a truly bad-*** car

The 3rd O2 is a dummy. Simply there cause they mandated them in 1996.
Good post and great info to pass along. It helps to know about the bracket and hack saw. B.T.W. great job on your results. I would be interested in your dyno later.
I'm willing to lose a couple of HP for pollution and I understand that the EGR keeps combustion temps a bit more under control... I am already having a bit of a problem controlling knock, and removing EGR would potentially cause more (at least this is what I read...)
Am trying to convince the wife to let me get the high flow cats sooner rather then later, but the EM's were pretty damned expensive...
I live about 30 mins outside of portland. There is a tuner who is good with Vettes and TPI's in this area? Tom Wong you say. How do I get in contact with him?
