Datamaster License AKM Problems

Has anyone ordered anything from AKM cables lately, I paid for a Datamaster license a week ago and haven't got my code yet. I emailed Andrew twice and left a message on his phone... does anyone know if something happened to this guy or if he's out of town?

I recieved an email from Andrew on Monday and he shipped my cable on Tuesday (according to the USPS website). This means he was working at the beginning of this week.

No I couldnt contact anyone there, Ive been emailing and left a few messages. I dont know whats going on..

I guess they have spotty customer service; since they did a great job for me. Did you email amattei@mindspring.com or andrew@akmcables.com?
My correspondence was from his mindspring account.
Let me know how this turns out, since I plan on ordering my software license soon.
