What kind of performance gains have people noticed on the dyno with these headers and what do need to do to fit them on a 96 lt1?

On my '95 M6, all I had to do was reverse the engine mount bolts.

I haven't dynoed, but SOTP is noticeable.

bolted right up on my 92, but you 'll need to remove all your EGR stuff and fab exhaust two feet from headers to your system. Gains depend on your engine mods, for example if you're running a cam and you've had head work done you'll see a lot bigger difference than on a stock motor.
