Tires??
I'm sure this is gonna be a dumb question but anyways. I have an 84 will 315/35/17 inch tires fit the back? I was told they will but now after seeing them I'm not sure. I can't try them just yet the car is in getting ground effects and hood scoop installed and it won't be done till next week. But I'm getting a little nervous whether they will or not.

They require a spacer... cause the wheels from later vettes have a different offset.
After Mike's post, I need to clarify.
The ZR1 had a different offset then the Grand Sport's. What I don't know is what spacers go with which wheel.

If you buy a 17 x 9.5, "38mm,6.7 backspace" for the front, then you will not need spacers for the front.

I was thinking the same thing whem my 315 were sitting on the shop floor. There is no way those will fit.....
Well they will.You have about 1/2 inch clearance from your rear brake lines.be sure to run you hand behind and check it.also when it's jacked up, get under and look for rubbing.
