Thanks for the reply. It tells me that my 300* readings are not out of line. Im going to look into this a little more Saturday. Im thinking I may have a vacuum leak at the intake runner near #5.

Good test info! I recently was told By Kook's there was NO need to coat there headers as they ran cooler then Coated headers. I had to disagree, having done testing on tubes and under hood temps with coated Stainless and Un-coated Stainless before
