Took off my exhaust yesterday to do some work on the car. I was surprised to find that there was water sloshing around in my mufflers.
There is a small drain hole at the back of the muffler, mine were plugged with carbon. You might want to run something through that hole once in a while to make sure it's open.
My car used to put out a lot more carbon before I replaced the opti, so I assume it probably got plugged due to that, and maybe it won't happen with a healthy car.
