Default Engine management

I'm thinking about buying aftermarket engine management system.
I would like to get something that has been prooven to work good
but I don't wan't to spend a fortune.
A used system is an option also.
What do you think of Holley Commander 950
Anybody use this system?
What are other options?

No experience with the Holley system, but I've used FAST and Accel DFI. Both of those are good systems with my personal favorite being the FAST. Expect to pay$ and encounter a steep learning curve if you decide to go this route. It will take some time to learn and understand how a small change in one part of the tune effects the other tables and RPM. Check out the c4 scan and tune section for other peoples experiences.

Well, $1500 is too much for me now.
I've seen in For Sale/Wanted that jburnett is selling
FAST version 6.32. engine management system.
What is the difference between 6.32 ( Gen VI ) and Gen VII?

That's an Accel Gen 6 system (6.32). The GEN 7 replaced this system, and the primary difference among many others is the software for the Gen 7 is windows based and the Gen 6 is DOS based. The Gen 6 is a very reliable and tested system.
