There used to be a tech tips on this, not sure if its still there, but basically you have to remove the door panels and drill out the old rivets. Be really carefull when you drill the old rivets out, if you go too far youll have a nice looking hole on the outside of your door Putting the new ones in is easy, you need a rivet gun which is about $20, just make sure you get the rivets on there tight so theres no play with the new seals.

You may also want to loosen the adjustable window guide to allow each window to be pushed away from the window seal for ease of installation. It's a hex head screw if my memory serves me.
Also be sure to check that the clips that retain the new seal are of good quality. The ones that came on my after-market seals were not tempered and would not lock into place. I ended up removing and using the original clips from the old seals. Each clip had to be riveted in place.

I recommend that you use aluminum rivets instead of the steel ones. I had trouble with my pop-riveter when using the steel ones. Also, aluminum won't rust!

(BTW, none of the major auto parts places stocked the aluminum rivets, but Ace Hardware had exactly what I needed!)
