Float Vibration?

Float Vibration?
My car has recently started a vibration on float conditions. For instance, when I'm going down the interstate with the cruise set at 80 or so and start down a hill, it will vibrate until there is enough load to slow the car down or load is put back in to keep the speed up. I figure its related to the Ujoints, but they are all tight as far as I can tell (checking by hand). My only other thought is that the pinion nut may have backed off, but I'm not sure if this would cause this kind of vibration. Any ideas?

Thats what I was thinking on the Ujoints. I used to have a troubleshooting guide for driveline vibrations, but I can't seem to find it. Now that I think about it, I think it was in my Mercury Mountaineer factory manual that I sold.
