Default Light Bulb Access

I'm waiting for my c4 owners manuel to arrive, but need to replace a blown globe in my brake light. Sounds real easy except can't figure out how to access it..... (Easy when you know I'm guessing )

Outboard bulbs I believe are from under the car.( have not changed one yet myself)
Inboard bulbs by removing the rear licence plate and reaching in.

Small hands and/or small arms help here. The bulb holders are "L" saped and they have to turn about 45 degrees to release them from the lamp housing. There should be enough wire to get them down far enough to replace the bulb.

The engineer who designed the rear lamp housings should be responsible for changing all of the C4 bulbs that have ever burned out!
