Default Best intake??

I'm looking at an intake manifold for a boost in performance on a mostly stock L98.

What would be the better choice?

Superram base
Bigmouth
Edelbrock

thanks

If your vehicle is CA smog legaland you intend for it to stay that way , go with Edelbrock intake manifold and runners. With them you get the all mighty EO#

Is that the Bigmouth I think it is, or is there an IM called a Bigmouth? If it's what I think it is...do more homework. Trust me.

Although I'm not currently driving an L98, I used to own one. I would suggest you tear into that exhuast first before doing any engine work.

-No Smog laws where I live

The Bigmouth is the TPIS intake manifold for L98's. I've heard that it's the Edelbrock manifold bored a little bigger.
It's not an air scoop but I used to believe in that crap. I have an airfoil that did squat. (well it might have done something but any effect it had was offset by the weight it added to my car )

I did the exhaust work first, I'll do the tranny next and the engine last. I was just wondering if there was really any difference between the manifolds.

Can you try to siamese your stocker? I just finished doing mine about 3/4 " deep - got AS&M runners to add.
