Default dreading 5pm

Well wish me luck, I am going to do my plugs after work. I am going to walk in the door, change clothes, grab a beer (to start), kiss the wife and kids and say, no matter what you hear dont come to the garage. And apoligize now for what you may hear.

I am not looking forward to #8 plug, I know that.

Default ....#8.......

...we know what you are talking about, but relax.....do not allow a bucket of bolts and parts cave you in......when you get to the end........leave the machine, go watch cartoons, and try it again.....

Default Save some money.

Put a swear jar in the garage and put in a buck for each bad word you say. That way you can buy something cool like tools or a gift for someone that gave you advice.

On the serious side, get a plug socket with a universal joint attached. Get a 1", 3" and a flexible extension. A short piece of large vacuum hose is great for starting the plug in the hole. Also be sure you have antisieze compound.

douh, the anti-seize. Thanks almost forgot that one. I think I am going to start with #8 first. It can only get easier from there.

Get your self a shortened socket and use a pivoting gear wrench on the end .

Well after work a tech and I looked to see what angles and what sockets I would need and it turned out when I got home I was replacing a garage door instead of working on my car. So needless to say my baby is outside tonight

Don't forget the diaeletric grease for the inside of the plug boots. You'll thank yourself the next time you change the plugs.
