Default alarm problem with 1984
has anyone had a problem with their factory alarm on a 1984? It worked fine, one day it just stopped working. The key fob has new batteries, the security light is flashing when i lock the car manually, but the keyless system doesn't work anymore, anyone had this problem? i read about the PKE but for the 93's, no info on the 84's. Thanks in advance....

MY '84 has no key fob, or keyless system. It sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm. Consult the manufacturer or installer.
