You can't replace the cam bearings without pulling the engine. Changing them calls for a special tool and some who really knows what they're doing too.
In fact, the cam bearings rarely need replacing and even with many, many thousands of mile, show little wear.
Unless you, or someone else, has actually badly damaged one of the cam bearings, don't worry about them.
