Shocking Question
I have a '92 which I'm sure still has the original shocks, she's feeling pretty soft, especially the fronts, so they are long overdue to be replaced...it does not have the selective ride feature, I'd like to go with the Edelbrock IAS shocks, but they cost around $450 a set, which is a little steep for my budget. My question is, what shocks are you guys using? And where did you get them? Thanks

The base Bilsteins will restore the original ride but expect to around $65-70 per shock. A good alternative is the KYB Gas-A-Just shocks. You can get them from Summit Racing for $28 each. www.summitracing.com

I just did the KYB replacement all 4 corners. I like it. The Bilsteins were from a "soft ride" suspension and the KYBs are just a tad more firm. I also replaced my sway arem bushings over the winter so perhaps that adds to the feel of having a little more responsive steering.
