Installed muffler Elims today
Greatest mod i every done to any of my cars, make it sound like a real vette, now just have to work on the bumping up the HP a little to match the mean exhaust note

It was one of my favorite mods. I finally had to replace the mufflers after going with the Hotcam, and the noise became intolerable. It sure was fun while it lasted!

My muffler broke the welds so i need a new exhaust. could some1 post a sound clip of the elims.

Muffler elims on a L98 are the ****!
The LT1 guys don't seem to favor the elims though. Either it's just a bad combination with the LT1, or they have more sensitive ears.

I wish I had money to spend on mine, but the elims were worth every penny (and decibel). Here's a clip of mine.

I ran elims until I could afford my B&Bs. The sound was lots of fun, but I didn't really enjoy my radio/CDs. I still have the elims mounted on the original cat back system, so if I want that roar again, I just swap it out.
