What a job to install the drive shaft loop.
Looks easy here

Installed the new verson of the half shaft hoops work great.

I don't recomend the drive shaft loop for the faint of hart.
Half shaft loops easy.

Now I will see if the car will do 10's in the 1/4.

A corvette I don't think so ,and stay together

Did you see Mojos post in general with the video of the C5r VS. the C4 with a ton of nitrous. The C4 ran 8.8 @ 159 mph and stayed together. Check it out..

The only thing about nitrous is, you brake more parts than turbo or supercharged cars .

Until you send an impellar blade down into the intake.

Are the C4 halfshaft loops on that page anywhere?

Those are solid axle car not IRS

Those half shaft loops look pretty straightforward. Do they require any modifications or do they just bolt in? If they just bolt in I seriously need to invest in a set.

thats why you invest 500 bucks or so for a programmable nitrous controller like this one.

This top-of-the-line unit can be programmed to control both the amount of nitrous that is flowed to the engine (from 0-100%) and the time desired to ''ramp up'' from first hit to full flow. For example, you can program the controller to flow 25% of the nitrous 1.5 seconds into the run and increase to 75% at 5.3 seconds. Or it can go all the way to 100% much sooner. This enable a racer to fine tune the power curve of an engine to best utilize prevailing conditions. One of the most sophisticated progressive nitrous controllers on the market yet, very easy to use, each function is set through simply turning a series of dials to the desired position and pushing a ''program'' button.

They certainly know how set prices for Corvette owners. That $179.00 drive shaft loop is 1/2 of a $25.00 "universal kit" you can order from Summit. What caused all the trauma installing the loop?

those controllers are very hard on solenoids. We tried one and found that we were rebuilding solenoids every 5 passes on a 400 shot. Now we run 2 stages on a timed delay. Much easier on some of the parts.
