it's a whole new casting the engine is supposed to be built before my car even gets there, and every thing in the bottom end is said do be the strongest he said the internals would handle 800 if he was building 500 Hp, as for more detail yeah he was just giving a ballpark, when the money actually gets here and we sit down to talk about actually doing something I will for sure ask some of those questions

About 18 months ago I got a quote to do the heads, cam, intake, headers, exhaust, shift kit and gears on my 89 L98. I said I wanted 400hp & 400 ft lbs. They said $14k, I said no thanks. This was CNC porting the stock heads & intake, not even new parts, and not touching the stock shortblock. Plus they had never heard of a superram, which made me leery.
