Dave will rebuild your TB and install 52mm throttle plates. He also installs bearings on the shafts so that they will last for the life of your car. Do a search for Dave Kuldos, many people here has used his services with very good results. I am not sure of what he charges but its around $225 or there abouts.

I had mine bored by Dave this winter. If you want he will polish your throttle body before returning it to you. If you have a daily driver he will send you a bored TB replacement with a core charge for returning yours to him after the swap. I didn't take either option and my cost was about $200.00
