What year are you interested in? It seems there has been some changes over the years. My 92 service manual says
A - ground
B - ECM diagnostic/LTPW diagnostic
C - Ride control diagnostic
F - TCC (vin P)
G - CCM diagnostic
H - Antilock brake
J - E & C bus data
K - SIR diagnostic
L - SIR serial data
M - serial data (ECM, antilock brake, CCM, heater/AC)
Its a 1990. What you listed looks right. I need to breakdown and buy a manual. It's just hard to shell out $100 for a book. How can data be pulled from the other pins?

Ground pin G (G to A) and turn the ignition on. Then the CCM will enter diagnostic mode. It displays fault codes (in speedometer) for the CCM (module1), ECM (module4) and the EBCM (module9). End of list is indicated by "---".
Eg Datamaster uses pin M to retrieve data from the ECM. Haven't played around much with the other pins, perhaps someone else out there knows more about them.
