Leaky Valve Covers???

Leaky Valve Covers???
I've noticed some oil spots on my valve covers. Is this normal?
What can cause this, and how can/should I fix it?
The one from the passenger side looks like it could be from putting oil in, but it isn't.
Thoughts?

It looks like the seals around your valve cover bolts are the culprit. You had cam and lifters work, did they just retighten the bolts and not use new gaskets?
That is pretty lame.
Does MidAmerica or Eckler's sell a set?
It isn't hurting anything, I just hate to see it when I pop the top!
