Default rough idle and dancing volt meter

Hi all, I've been trying to figure out this small problem for some time now. At times, after she's warmed up, I'll notice a slight miss. The volt meter will also jump with the miss. This is only noticible when sitting at idle. There is no hesitation or lack of power at acceleration. Plugs, wires, IAC, battery, starter, fuel filter, etc... are pretty new. Any ideas?

Maybe this will help get some responses. But first thing I'd do is check the alternator connection.

Yea, I'll check them again. The alternator was replacecd two years ago.

I'm just guessing, but when I was fighting my bad IAC, the volt meter on the display (for the battery) would surge/fall at the rather poor idle. New IAC, no problem.

What year?

Check plugs, wire and cap.

new wires (Taylors) last summer. Dist. cap is the original, but appears to be good. No light shows when it's dark out. I'll have to check my records. Maybe it was the TPS I replaced. The IAC may be original. My receipts folder for this car is pretty thick.....
