Service manual has a lengthy procedure if no code 32.
But you have code 32.
Code 32 means "The engine is equpipped with a temperature switch mounted in the EGR Flow tube. Switch is normally open, and closes with heat from the exhaust gases when the egr is operating. The ecm monitors the switch for proper operation. Code 32 if the system fails"
So you need to check the switch, or the egr valve. Only two parts are referenced:
The EGR and a control solenoid. There may also be a temperature diagnostic switch.
I had a code 32 a while back, and just replaced the egr to fix it.
9 times out of ten it is the switch. They sell for 11 bucks at the dealer. Easier to change it than troubleshoot it. I usually do not recommend swapping parts. This one I would though.
