buying the brake booster from O'Reilly Auto Parts for $141.99 with a lifetime warranty or from the dealer for $404.99. I tell you one thing...I'm really leaning towards the cheaper one. If I have to change it out 5 times it would be better than paying $404 and it isn't that hard to remove anyway. Later guys!
I called Superior Chevy up a month or so ago and ordered one from them. It was $227.30. Shipping was dirt cheap, considering I ordered a whole bunch of stuff at the same time.
If you have headers (if), then your best option is a metal brake booster vs the original plastic style. I cannot remember who the reman company is, but there is a metal brake booster that is available for our cars. FYI, I believe the ZR1 came with a metal booster.

Does anyone know which one I should order from Hot Rods USA? I guess I will email them and ask which one if nobody knows. I saw another post about these metal boosters...it must be about time a lot of boosters are going bad because there is a lot of topics going around the forum about it. Thanks for the heads up about the metal booster...I will definately give them a call at Hot Rods. Later!
