On my '94 the hose runs from here 
around behind the front wheel to a hard line here 
where the hard line goes i don't know. Evidently it goes to the vacuum canister under the hvac as previous posts indicate.

I may have this one figured out! When it goes into the hard line, does that hard line then run under the passenger side rocker molding to the rear?
AND everybody else, cars are made to be driven my friends!
