i had a that same problem with the scogginsdickey/edelbrock big mouth manifold, i had to rig fittings so it would fit properly a little bit of a pain but it worked, let my know if you find a different solution. i called edelbrock and asked if they had a fitting kit that fit that and they said no.
what is your made by? accel? lingenfilter?
If you are referring to what I think you are, on my '90 L98, the oil sensor and switch are located on what i will call a 'stalk' at the upper/center/back of the engine. It doesn't interefere with the Accel intake manifold base at all. But I will wait for your pics
This is how my 89 came:
I believe I might have even clearanced the superram base slightly to allow this elbow's flanges to turn(???)
I sold it to Tim, maybe he can see.
I'm hooking up with Coupe89 on a run this Saturday. I'll give him a look under the hood & we'll get it ironed out. Now that you mention it, I don't remember if that SR you sold me was clearanced.............I'll have to look when I get home from work tonite.
