Engine wiring harness rebuild?
Does anyone know of a place that can do that? You can't get a new one from the dealer.

Painless Performance also offers kits. Autozone and Jeg's are dealers so you can check prices.

Are these direct replacement or harnesses so hot rodders can use that engine/computer combo in a chevelle?

direct replacements... but if a hot-rodder was going to throw a 92-93 LT1 motor in their car they could use it as well (the 92-93 harness)

I just called Painless tech again, the harness above is NOT a direct replacement.
According to Painelss Tech: "it will not support factory emmissions, will not plug into some factory components and is not a direct replacement".
Jims Performance will how ever make you, reapir or modify your exsisting or sell you a direct replacemeent.
I am not selling for Jim , just making anyone aware,,,,
