Can I remove the cold start injector ?

Can I remove the cold start injector ?
The 9th injector has been leaking, can I unplug it and block it off some how ?
I have done a search and can't find anything. I haven't been around for a wile, Its now time to get this thing back on the road. Im replaceing all the injectors, but the cold start looks like its been leaking. Need Help.

you will have starting problems if you do just disable it. itll just take longer to start really. if your an auto from like 87 and i think 88 still had the 9th injector you can swap in a 89 stock chip and that will cure the long starting problems. you just have to make sure your an auto and not a 4+3. unless 88 did not have the 9th injector. i cant remember
