With as OLD as they are, replace them. Many use the (OMG) Ford injectors, they can be purchased at a resonable cost and many forum members swear by them.

I replaced those on my 85 and have never been happier.

Check out www.five0motorsports.com

Beware The warranty for "used injectors is one year.. New injectors carry a three year warranty. The price difference is ten bucks.

I bought thier Pink top 22 pounders. Great price, work perfect!

Bought injectors from fiveO and installed last weekend. Wow, what a difference. I think this car needed them 10 years ago. It actually starts now without having to give it gas and no smoke. Maybe I don't have a valveguide or seal problem after all. Time will tell. Took to the local chevy dealer a couple years ago. Got charged over $300 and all they did was change the fuel filter and O2 sensor. Never again.
Thanks to all the advice I received, Mike

What to do with the old original injectors. Most of them are probably good. Are they worth anything?

Assuming they are the original, they are probably not worth rebuilding. I just threw mine away!

No. Call Rich @ CruzinPerformance, and get his opinion first. These things are probably worth cleaning and reusing, while the Multecs are trash. Rich will give you the honest truth.
