Found my charging problem!
Damn negative battery bolt was loose! Remember, check those bolts ladies and gentlemen! LUCKILY, before running around in circles, testing circuits for continuity, I checked the bolt FIRST, and it happened to be DAMN loose.
Maybe now I'll run those 13.0's

I had to rewire the whole charging system... Everything was eroded, insulation shrunken, wires exposed, blocks crumbling appart... The dist block behind the battery was a total loss, I guess a bunch of acid got on it at some point in time.
