Default need some tech help pic request

i have a 84 vette i just picked up, and i was doing some detail work to ir, and i noticed on the drivers side area in front of the wheel i noticed a couple of hoses, and an empty bracket, so i need to know what goes there, and what does it hook to? the pic of what i'm talking about is below

Looks like my 85. There's two hard lines, a vapor line from the fuel tank, then a purge line heading back to the intake. Then there's a vaccuum line for the purge solenoid.
