Dammit, dead headlight gears...
Time to use the search function I guess.
My drivers side light won't shut all the way. When I tried adjusting the ****, it felt like the motor was fighting me.
Guess I'll buy some new brass gears, some teeth probably broke and jammed in there.
Maybe I should put in some plastic lights?

False alarm. 
One of the housing screws backed out and was hitting on the hood, keeping them from shutting. All better. They do have quite a bit of slack though, I can rotate them about 15 degrees by hand.
I was panicking looking at the $200 price tag for brass gears.
