I have a 91 L98 - and i have purchased some headers off of Ebay specifically for this engine (and whatever others it might fit)
They are Headman Hedders (thats how they are spelled), and this may be a simple question for those of you that have improved the exhaust on these cars.
When i look at the headers, there is not place to screw in the 02 sensor - that confuses me.
Where do you put the 02 sensor in vette's when you upgrade to headers?

Most guys choose to install it in the collector. This allows the o2 to read an average of all 4 cylinders. The drawback to this is you will need a heated o2 to fet it up to temp quickly. Otherwise, pick a tube and bang the bung in.

I would use the collector for the sensor. You can purchase the sensor bungs from most any exhaust shop. Or you can take your header to the shop and they will install the bungs for you in the location of your choosing. The bungs are about 1" od, you will need either a uni-bit or a small 1" hole saw to cut the hole, then you need to weld it in place.
The reason I say to use the collector is, if you ever foul a plug in the tube where the sensor is located then the sensor tells the ECM to correct accordingly. Which is not something you want to do. If its in the collector it gets a better representation of whats going on with the engine.
