I was getting ready to change the oil on my 87 Vert... and I placed the jack at the jackpoint on the drivers side of the car. However as I was jacking the car up... the ground beneath the jack gave way a little causing the jack to slide and move to the underside of the floorboard of the drivers side and puncture two small quarter size holes in the floor. With the ground being moist enough as it already is with the recent rain and due to the age and wear and tear on the driveway at the place I rent out.. it went all the way through to where you can see the insulation. Can this be an easy fix buy simply buying some fiberglass resin and just patching it up??
One other thing... as I was under the car to remove the oil filter... I noticed that the drivers side of the engine block seems to be wet with oil. I notice it coming from not under the valve covers.. but just a little above the exhaust manifold. I believe that is the starting point of where it seeps out. Does this mean I need a new head gasket??
yes, it is an easy fix. pull the carpet and start from the inside after degreasing the underside. then move to the bottom for a smooth look. do yourself a favor and buy the jelly resin, not the liquid.

Just did what you suggested today and it worked out great! However I didn't do any sanding yet. I might add one more layer another day.
