Default Need help to indentify some heads please.

Looks like my wife cracked a head on her '94 LT1, the cause was over heating due to a blown radiator hose. I started pulling it apart today, the heads on the car are casting #4008 and I can get a set that look indentical but with casting #0139. Can anyone tell me if these heads will work on her car?

Edit: Oops, I wrote the car was an '04........it's a '94, sorry guys!

2004 was an LS1. You may get better responses in the C5 section.
