Starter Wiring
90 L-98
I replaced the starter. I want to make sure about the wiring to it.
there are two connectors, one bolt for power, the other is a screw, for ground, I think. There is a power wire from the battery i believe goes to the bolt, and two more wires, a small diameter wire and a thick black wire that loops over the engine: I think this goes to the ground.
Does this make sense? Let me know if you need more into.

Mark,
There is no ground wire except for the little ground strap between starter motor and solenoid.
The large connection is 12v from battery. The small connection is from ignition key.
Starter is self grounded when mounted.
