Ive Got A 95 With Manual Seats..they Work Fine For Me And Have Kept My Wife From Driving It Because She Cant See Over The Dash. I Was Thinking Of Converting The Seat Rails To Power. Has Anyone Done This And Any Problems Hooking Up The Electrical?
My '88 has sport seats which include full seat motion plus bolster & tilt control. These require a single connector which comes out of a slit in the carpet under the front of the seat.
Pop the cushion and see if the carpet has the slit. The power comes from the PWR ACCY CIRCUIT BREAKER. The connection for both seats tie into an Orn/Blk wire at a 4-cavity connector located below the console, near the rear of the shift control lever.
