You know what is kind of funny.... I was looking for mine this weekend too. The fuse is where my manual says it should be, but the relay isn't. 
The '87 manual has the same image as that PDF one post above me. I never did find it!

They moved the compressor control function out of the blower control module in the late 1980s (I don't know exactly when). There is a relay instead. It might be controlled by the blower control module.
