how do you flush out the clutch master cylinder? My fluid is low and since i dont know the last time it was done i would rather flush it and put new fluid in.
There is a bleed screw on the slave cylinder. It bleeds in much the same way you would bleed brakes.
Use a turkey baster to suck the old fluid out of the reervoir and then wipe as much of the dirt and film out as you can. Refill the reservoir with either the GM hydraulic clutch fluid (dealer should have it) or use a good brand of DOT3 brake fluid.
You will need to get the car up far enough to access the bleeder screw and get a friend to push the clutch pedal down to pass the new fluid thru. Keep an eye on th efluid level so the reservoir does not go empty.
You can also use a vacuum bleeder at the slave to draw fluid down and out thru the bleed valve.
